Egan Valuers’ Upgrade Complete

Computing Australia has completed a month long project to upgrade and modernise the server infrastructure at Egan National Valuers (WA).

Egan National Valuers have been providing a complete range of valuation and property consultancy services to the Australian market for over 30 years and have branches throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Along with delivering a new server and network infrastructure CA were also responsible for modernising and redesigning the Egan property valuation software database.

The newly designed network now allows staff to work both remotely and in the field to increase productivity.

The project implementation team were able to deliver the new system to the client with zero downtime to the business.

Projects Manager Andrew Taylor said “the goal of my team is to ensure the client’s business is not impacted during the implementation phase. Rollouts of this nature are generally conducted out of normal hours. My aim is to have the client return to work after a weekend and find everything working and that their business suffers no downtime. If that means our team works 24/7 over a weekend – we do it.”
