3. We can offer your sector services well beyond those of standard IT support services including consulting, training, planning and support for grant application. In addition our services include cabling, telephony, database and web development.
4. We provide you with a single contact number for all your needs and overall management by a senior consultant.

We offer the widest genuine range of support hours in the state of Western Australia – providing coverage within your own work hours and extended support after hours – including Saturdays and Sundays. As a valued client your employees would have complimentary access to help desk support – for issues that do not require a callout.
6. No contracts – we offer a pay as you go service including a 30 day account for your convenience.
7. Unobtrusive and proactive IT support – we do our best to minimize the disruption to your staff – many services can be performed out of your standard operating hours so you can work without us getting in your way. We also pride ourselves on working to a proactive rather than reactive approach to IT management.
8. Confidentiality – we provide a standard confidentiality agreement that ensures any information we become privy to will never be divulged to a third party.
9. All our staff who would work with your organization have police clearance and are familiar with all aspects of occupational health and safety and equal opportunity legislation.
